SHINING A
LIGHT

For as long as I can remember fairness has been important to me.

Growing up in a migrant family in a low socio-economic neighbourhood showed me that social inequality is real. The systemic social norms and stereotypes help keep the power imbalance intact — making life more challenging for some through no fault of their own.

It’s this experience that motivates my work to shine a light on systemic issues that impact people’s lives and bring together intelligent and respectful business people to educate and empower organisations, their teams and executives to find a fair way forward.

A great
opPortunity

In today's world, there's a significant opportunity for businesses to support positive societal change. With pressing issues such as AI transformation, climate change and gender inequality, there's a growing need for innovative business solutions.

I partner with purpose-driven organisations to do just that — innovate for good. I help them achieve social impact initiatives that empower meaningful change.

Whether it be via a leadership coaching program or a social impact business strategy, serving on boards for purpose-led organisations, speaking at industry conferences or facilitating diverse panel conversations, I will look back on my journey one day and know that I made a positive impact.
