My Coaching offerings bring to market my experience from a range of industries. These include corporate, sport, recreation and major events, entertainment and media as well as education and government sectors. As a senior executive, my work has spanned the most diverse of settings, from commercial tech and media environments to the most challenging of social issues.

From this experience what I have found to be true is that no matter the setting and context, at the heart of every organisation are its people. People who have hopes and dreams, fears and frustrations, coming from all walks of life and circumstance.

What I do best is understand people’s sense of purpose, their ‘why’. What motivates, excites, distracts and frustrates them and how these feelings impact their alignment to the goals of the organisation. As a regular Facilitator and Moderator to executive teams, boards, and CEOs, I understand that authentic communications and active listening skills are critical to building the trust required with the organisation’s most important asset, their executives and teams.
