Global Leaders' Summit - Penang
I feel very lucky to be part of the global Monash University Alumni community - leaders in every industry doing great work around the world.
Recently, I had the pleasure of collaborating alongside fellow alumni at the Monash University 2026 Asia Pacific Global Leaders' Summit in Georgetown, Penang.
Led by Vice Chancellor Sharon Pickering, the summit was a reminder of the meaningful role education, research and innovation can play in strengthening societies.
Facilitating the leadership discussion with fellow Monash Business School Alumna, Wei Wei Ng, the first female CEO at UAB Malaysia in its 75-year history was a pleasure.
Our discussion explored insights into leadership for a shared future and the importance of team cohesion, capability, and the role of adaptive leadership. The analysis was considered, authentic and grounded in global business best practice.
Thank you to all the Monash University team along with my fellow alumni for a thought provoking and inspirational experience.
Until next time.
